About Steady Tails

Steady Tails is a small, independent online shop that helps senior and recovering dogs stay on their feet.

We started Steady Tails after watching older dogs struggle with slippery floors, stairs and car rides — and their owners struggle to lift them. We sell one thing and try to do it well: a padded rear-lift harness that lets you support your dog's back legs without carrying their whole weight.

Who we are

Steady Tails is an independent business based in Israel, selling online to customers in the United States.

How your order gets to you

We work with a partner fulfillment warehouse in China. Every order is packed and shipped from there with tracking, free of charge. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and usually arrive 5–11 business days after dispatch. You'll get your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Our promise

• Honest product information — the harness is a handling aid, not a medical device.
• Help choosing the right size before you buy.
• If your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it or refund it within 30 days of delivery. See our refund policy.
