Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund the product price — your choice, at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. Orders that haven't shipped yet can be cancelled for a full refund.
Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Sizing
Please measure carefully before ordering. If you're unsure, email us your dog's breed, weight and waist measurement and we'll recommend a size.
